Help a client invest with a second charge mortgage


A second charge mortgage can be used to release equity to invest or use elsewhere for things like:

  • buying investment properties (we’ve completed  47 deals for just that in the last 6 months, averaging £66,000 of lending per deal)
  • holiday homes or property abroad
  • business financing, including new capital investments 
  • to manage tax bills (like the £100,000 deal we completed recently)
